We are Hiring an Admin Asst.


Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative services in support of Raibow Riders activities. 

The Key Responsibilities- 

Assist in maintaining close contact with partners and vendors through direct contacts, collection and summarizing of information, proposals, incoming and outgoing documents, drafting letters, organizing meetings etc.
Provide operational support in project activities.

Supervise collecting the data and other information for different activities; maintaining, logging, filing and updating records in prescribed format for subsequent use.

Contribute to the preparation of status and progress reports by providing information, preparing tables and drafting selected sections of it.  Prepare background material for use in discussions and briefing sessions.
Assist in monitoring project activities by reviewing a variety of records, including correspondence, reports, project inputs, budgets and financial expenditures.  Prepare and file correspondence and materials relevant to the above.

Assist in the organizational/logistical preparation for workshops, seminars, presentations, etc. Prepare letters, reports and documents as needed.

Process and circulate working papers
Collect data and other information for project activities.
Administer the filing system; maintain, log, file and update records in prescribed format for subsequent use.
Schedule and provide records of meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Manage and follow-up on correspondence and internal information i.e. draft correspondence and other documents as requested and make sure that approved internal information from the Executive Director is communicated efficiently.
Accounting and bookkeeping duties includes keeping track of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Maintenance of relevant internal databases and files and keeping track of contracts/budgets.
